Bring a 14x14 inch fabric square (t-shirt, blanket, sheet, drape, flag, etc) that tells your story of resistance and persistence. Narrative Threads workshops welcomes families with children 8 and older to participate in a quilting project in partnership with McLean County Museum of History. Children younger than 8 will require parent/caregiver assistance. Sessions will include instructions on simple stitching techniques and will encourage community dialogue through storytelling.

Classes will be held on the 3rd floor of the McLean County Museum of History.
