Using cabbage grown in the Museum's "Seeds of History" Victory Garden at the Westside Community Gardens, educators from the University of Illinois Extension will lead a DIY Kimchi Workshop at the Museum on Tuesday, August 29, at 5:30 PM. Participants will learn about this traditional Korean side dish and walk away with their own jar of Kimchi ready to be fermented.
