Photography Request Form
Please submit this form if you would like to use the McLean County Museum of History’s space for professional, commercial, or group photography and/or videography.
Regular visitors may take photographs for personal use and do not need to complete this form. If you are a journalist or member of the media, please contact marketing@mchistory.org to schedule your visit. You do not need to fill out the form.
To accommodate your request, please complete this form to the best of your knowledge and with as much advance notice as possible.
Once you submit this form, a member of our staff will contact you within two business days. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval of your request.

Terms of Agreement:
Photography and/or videography are not allowed in exhibit galleries, in our Cruisin’ with Lincoln on 66 Visitors Center & Gift Shop, or on the stairs.
A location fee of $100 per hour, per 10 people, will be charged upon arrival.
Nonprofit organizations are eligible for a reduced fee, but that will be coordinated on a case-by-case basis with a member of our staff.
Photography and/or videography shall not hinder the flow of traffic throughout the Museum or otherwise disrupt the visitor experience for others using the facilities.
Prior authorization for use of tripods and lights is required.
During your visit, you may not open any windows or unplug any equipment in the building.
The following items are prohibited inside the Museum: tape or any adhesives, nails on the walls, glitter or any product containing glitter, fog machines, open flames, confetti, balloons, and weapons of any kind, real or fake.
