Renewable energy expert Meghan Reha (she/her) will introduce some of the wind turbines that produce electricity around McLean County, sharing stories about what it's like to climb a turbine, how sites get selected for turbines, and where the wind industry might go next. Reha has more than 15 years of experience consulting on wind farm construction and operations, so bring your burning questions along with your lunch and get ready to learn more than you ever wanted to know about wind turbines!
The Museum's Lunch & Learn series is made possible with the support of our presenting sponsor, MCK Advisors. This series provides unique learning opportunities every second Thursday of the month over the lunch hour (12:10-12:50 p.m.) from January through May and September through December, in person and live via youtube.com/mchistorymuseum.
This will be the last Lunch & Learn before the summer break. Make sure to mark your fall calendars; Lunch & Learns will be on September 12, October 10, November 7, and December 12.
