The Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts (BCPA) occupies a site built in 1921 to house The American Passion Plan and other arts and entertainment in Bloomington. Its original name was The Scottish Rite Temple, but was also known the Consistory. It stands as the north end of the Cultural District created in downtown Bloomington and has been known as the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts (BCPA) since 2000.

The collection is organized by year, including the inaugural year, 2006-2007, 2015-2016, 2016-2017, 2017-2018, 2019-2020 performance years. Included in the collection are programs, flyers for specific events, applications to become an “Arts Partner”, a menu of beers available at the Bloomington Beer Fest @ The BCPA. Part of the collection is information on the Creativity Center and pamphlets about tours of the BCPA facility.
