This is conversation took place at the McLean County Museum of History and was in collaboration with Illinois State University and the City of Bloomington Latinx Heritage Month.

How are the labels deployed to construct community and identity? How do labels erase communities and identities? The idea is to gather to “conversar” across to share with local community that one label is not enough to understand the diversity of issues we face as a community.
