Graduation season is upon us! Seen here are 1938 graduates of Horatio G. Bent School on Bloomington's northwest side. Horatio Bent was a longtime Bloomington Public Schools (now District 87) administrator. Bent School, designed by Bloomington architect Arthur L. Pillsbury, opened in the mid-1920s. Today, Bent is one of six District 87 elementary schools. These ten graduates pictured here are unidentified. If anyone looks familiar to you, please contact Museum Librarian Bill Kemp at library@mchistory.org or 309-827-0428. We always like to attach names to faces!
