The 2026 History Makers Gala will take place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at Illinois State University's Brown Ballroom in the Bone Student Center. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., with the program beginning at 6:15 p.m.

Tickets and table sponsorships will go on sale the afternoon of Wednesday, April 1, following the public announcement of the 2026 class of History Makers. The Class will be revealed at a press conference held at 10:30 a.m. on April 1 in the Governor Fifer Courtroom at the Museum.
