The 2026 History Makers Gala will take place on Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at Illinois State University's Brown Ballroom in the Bone Student Center. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the program will begin at 6:15 p.m.

Each year, the History Makers Gala recognizes long-standing residents whose outstanding contributions of time and talents have helped to make McLean County a better place to live. The Gala dinner & program celebrates the honorees and their service to the community. This year's honorees are Melinda Fischer, John McIntyre, Feli Sebastian, and Camille & Art Taylor.

Please join us to celebrate our History Makers, gathered in community, with an evening of connection, comradery, and good food.
