Event Request Form
Please use this form to request renting any space inside the Museum for public or private events. After submitting this form, a staff member will contact you within five to seven business days.
Submission of this form DOES NOT guarantee event approval.
The Museum does not host any weddings or wedding receptions, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners, class reunions, proms, fraternity/sorority events, or fundraisers for external organizations (including political fundraisers). Ensuring quality experiences for all our visitors is of the utmost importance to us. Museum staff and board members reserve the right to approve or decline any event request due to scheduling, staffing considerations, or otherwise. Requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the proposed event date.
