Have a safe and enjoyable holiday season!
January 11th, 2018 / 12:10 PM
Ellen Furlong, Assistant Professor, and the Illinois Wesleyan University dog scientists have been studying how dogs think and make decisions for a couple years now in the Bloomington-Normal area. We are at a point now where we have some interesting new findings about how dogs do math, exhibit (or don’t) self-control, and how they think about human (and dog) social partners. We are excited to share these results with the community!
This program is free and open to the public and will be held in the Gov. Fifer Courtroom on the 2nd floor of the Museum.

The Museum is pleased to welcome Dr. Debra Reid, Curator of Agriculture and the Environment at The Henry Ford Museum of American Innovation and Greenfield Village in Dearborn, Michigan, who will present a program about the decisions that farmers (of all types) make to keep their farms operational and their families intact despite a competitive business environment.
