When Downtown became a Problem, presented by ISU Professor Alan Lessoff

Drawing upon an ongoing exhibition project with the McLean County Museum, this talk reviews the first three decades of redevelopment plans for downtown, when the hope remained that the central district could recapture retail and business from the periphery through massive reconstruction and modernization.
