Student Internships

The McLean County Museum of History receives valuable contributions from student interns. Their final projects benefit the Museum as resources, and the community as a whole in making history continually more accessible and enjoyable for everyone. The Museum gives the student intern hands-on experience in the museum field, enabling them to apply the knowledge gained in the classroom.

We offer students “for credit” internships as well as informal internships and volunteer opportunities. Internships are offered year-round in all departments.
