In April 1936, Gene Enos, 1109 W. Grove St., Bloomington, posed before his new aluminum "house car" trailer. This was to be his home for some 15,000 miles while he served as the equestrian director and announcer for the upcoming season of the Russell Brothers Circus, which at the time was wintering in Rolla, Missouri.
